Data and technology

Market and competitor research, media planning and ad copy, campaign uploads, bidding and negative-keyword settings, and the aggregation and anomaly detection of performance data — our day-to-day decisions are grounded in data. Uploads, bidding and negative-keyword management through platform APIs, and the automated aggregation of performance data, are built in-house.

We also use AI for data analysis and to make production and operations more efficient. Because we own these systems rather than relying on off-the-shelf tools, we can increase both the number of products we handle and how often we can improve them, without adding headcount.

Why we work on a revenue-share basis

We work primarily on a revenue-share basis. Under a management-fee model, fees accrue even in periods when nothing moves. Under revenue share, we earn nothing unless real sales are created — so results depend on marketing ability rather than on presentation or relationships.

When our client grows, we grow; the incentives do not conflict.

Cross-border Commerce

We source products from Japanese manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors, and sell them to overseas customers through international marketplaces.

We operate our own overseas sales channels and hold the capability for listing, order handling, shipping and export in-house, delivering Japanese products to buyers abroad.
